SSDToolBox Fails to detect my SSD DRIVE

I'm trying to update my SSD firmware using the Kingston SSDToolBox but aparently it isn't detecting my ssd. It says "no disks connected to the system", even tho i've got a SSD+HD installed.

Hey, I have the same problem, and my write and read speed is kind of equal with my HDD. My SSD is a Kingston V300 120 GB
