Copying Steam games

problem is that windows is doing something which i am fixing, the problem is though i have a lot of steam games and i want to be able to get all of the saves back. anyway to do it without being able to get into windows?

If it is on same partition as Windows is and you can't access Windows then you are kinda in a bad spot unless you have other PC to connect that HDD to

get that drive to other pc , and copy steamapp folder , containing all your games , it should include also saves , but be warned that folder contain also games so it will be heavy on file size site , also some games are not storing Saves in there so you will need to copy  C:\Uss\[UerSERNAME]\AppData\Local\  C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\  and MyDocuments folder , install fresh system copy paste this previously coped files in to the exact same destination and VOILA !!! enjoy

It doesn't seem to connect to another computer, i know the link is working though as i use it on a daily basis, so what shall i do

as far as im aware steam mover  was months ago proven to be the easy way to get your steam account stolen , keep using n it and than peoples wonder why they getting hacked on steam ...mann!!
