get that drive to other pc , and copy steamapp folder , containing all your games , it should include also saves , but be warned that folder contain also games so it will be heavy on file size site , also some games are not storing Saves in there so you will need to copy  C:\Uss\[UerSERNAME]\AppData\Local\  C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\  and MyDocuments folder , install fresh system copy paste this previously coped files in to the exact same destination and VOILA !!! enjoy ;)
