CPU not detected

Hey, earlier I tried overclock a non K CPU through bclk overclocking, but ran into a problem where my PC wouldn't boot properly, I tried resetting my CMOS and my motherboard displayed a light showing that the CPU was not detected. I took the CPU out and replaced it with a chip that is brand new however the motherboard still shows a CPU not detected light and my computer will not boot. This motherboard was working fine before the overclock and the computer is defecting my RAM just fine. Does anybody have a clue how to solve this problem?

you might have really killed the CPU

 

 

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

What did you overclock it to and what cpu?
