Hi, I have a question if any one could repley back to me. I bout a AMD graphics card and I have had it for a mounth and a 1/2 and it is giving me problems. I got it off of Neweeg.com and ther warrantee has run up, but I have registered the card thro AMD.com. I have sent them 2 emails thro there feedback thing for problems and it has been a couple of days and I have got no repley. Now am I wasting my time or will AMD stand by ther product? The card is Flickering and crashes on every game and videos!!! All drivers are up to date.

Firstly, what card is it?

Secondly, don't bother with email systems. Call AMD up directly, because my Gigabyte MoBo was experiencing issues so I called them up after an email was bounced back to me. Works perfectly now.

do a fresh install of the drivers with DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller) and then a clean install, might help, might not but do that before you do anything else

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

well if you have done a clean install there probably isnt anything wrong with the drivers and you should call up AMD support and ask about the problem and they will probably know what it is

If it was when broke when you got it it was most likely DOA.

Companies don't give month long warranties they are usually at least a year long, and up to 5 years
