Hi. I have a old Gigabyte 7600 and it works...kinda.... Well there doesn't seems to be anything visible on the board that is damaged but the image doesn't look right. There are missplaced pixels or missing pixels. You can still see kinda clear but it doesn't look good. What might be the problem ? I know it is a old video card but I want to put some more years in it, for fun. :)

for the video card.

I dont think that the drivers are the problem. I installed it on my friends pc and installed the drivers. But still the same. I will try it again. What I did not mentioned is that when I am in the bios, everything is ok. No miss pixles or misplaced ones.

Check that the drivers are the most up-to-date version for it.

Pretty sure the "most recent" drivers from that card are approaching 6+ years in age at this point.

OP: Try a different cable, if that doesn't work, then I think you are the proud owner of a very fancy looking paperweight/coaster.

When in doubt, re-format.
