I'm not sure where you can get aftermarket android auto stereos in the USA but https://www.android.com/intl/en_us/auto/ has a list of Cars/aftermarket stereos.

i7-9980x 4.20mhz - 19.8 terraflops of ram - 512mb GENERIC VIDEO_CARD - 20w PSU with hyperthreading.

PIONEER, as for which model that depends on your needs, like will you be running a sub and using aftermarket amps to drive all the door speakers? Pioneer has been a solid brand, I have owned several, I had an old 1.5 Din for my old 96 Tahoe I sold 15 years ago, then I bought a single DIN Pioneer for the Civic I got after that truck and used it for 5-6 years before I decided to UPGRADE (it was still fully functional when removed) to a DVD player Double din touchscreen Pioneer (this is the only one I had issue with, the DVD drive had trouble ejecting discs after a couple months, like something was pinched), I sold that off and ended up with a Factory Refurbished Pioneer I bought off Amazon in September 2011 and I am still rocking that one, I've had it installed in 3 different cars to date and I've got another cheaper Pioneer unit I slapped into my other car in March of last year. Long story short I've NEVER had to replace a Pioneer because it failed, only because it didn't meet my needs at the time.
