  • Crucial BX200
  • Sandisk Ultra II
  • Kingston UV400
  • Team L7 Evo

why dafaq do you have a WDC green, isnt that a HDD? Also Crucial makes the best bang for your buck SSDs aparently, but honestly any of them should be fine. and SSD is an SSD to the basics

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D | Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 7900XT Triple Fan | G.Skill 32GB 2x D5 6000

There's more to an SSD than just solid state. Some controllers are downright terrible like the Kingston SSDNow and UV while others are great like the 850 PRO and MX300.

yeah, but in my view, the only real reason to go for an SSD in MY opinion is the reliability. I know HDDs don't break commonly anymore, but thats the primary reason for me. also fast boost times, but if its only like 5 second aparts from lowend to highend, i'd just stick for the cheaper one

Hi there :)

What are you using your system for? Most consumer usage types don't really notice the several MBs difference in performance between the different brands nor consumers are really able to reach the TBW limit of most SSDs. WD Green SSD is a good option for low-power cost-efficient upgrade for everyday computing. WD Blue SSD has improved performance, durability and is designed for heavier usages.

You could look around for some feedback and reviews of the rest of the drives and see if there are any known bugs or issues and how do they perform. :)

You are most welcome! :) Feel free to ask if you need more information around this.

I would suggest checking out some specific information regarding the different SSDs such as controllers, NAND cell types, applications that come with it, real-world benchmarks, warranty, etc. so you have a clear idea of the benefits of each of them. Performance isn't everything when it comes to SSDs.
