help setting up vive

si i went to set up the vive with the set up softwear, while installing the vive shit that went fine then it had to install steam and it said failed to install steam so i clicked retry, then it failed again so i pressed close.

 

and now i cant find the thing i need to set it up again, like the thing that intalled the vive softwear then steam, i need it so i can set up my vive but idk where the program is,

 

i have the vive app that it installed but i see no where in it that lets me go back to the setup, can someone please help this is stupid as fuck 

Everyone should own a vive.
