Will it troubleshoot if i insert a HDD that has windows install on it onto by SATA and PSU power onto a already installed windows on another hard disk on that PC .

i'm not sure i totally understand what you mean.

do you mean if there will be any conflict if you insert a drive with a windows install in a PC that already has a working drive with a windows install?

as long as the first drive is still set as the boot drive in your BIOS there shouldn't be any problem.
