MSI Motherboard temperatures

Ok, i'm really stumped here; im building a new gaming PC for my best friend, I've tested the components to see if they work and the bloody motherboard was running at 100+ degrees Celsius.

The motherboard is an MSI H110I Pro Mini-ITX and the CPU is an Intel I5-6600K.

IT IS NOT CPU RELATED IT WAS THE MOTHERBOARD TEMP' I HAVE TESTED IT

Probably a error. Manyo motherboards show strange numbers for unused sensors.

So it is a normal thing for a motherboard to randomly display temperatures above 100*C?

I had this happen before but it usually meant there was a terrible North bridge cooler. if it is this hot one of the heat sinks near ur cpu will be very hot.
