Any be quiet case should do the job:
http://www.bequiet.com/en/case/594

Honestly It's not only the case getting good fans that are made  to reduce the sound as it pushes air through the case as well as a fan controller does help. I personally just water cool my systems

if you want to go for a one hundred usd case you could go with the cooler master master case 5. you can wake it so it has more room to put more foam in.

what is a good noise dampend case to get for http://pcpartpicker.com/list/nwXLPs

or to put sound damping foam in this case

Usually it is best to invest in quieter hardware over noise dampening foam but a good quite case is the Define R5.

Then get a be quiet case or like suggested above get a cooler master case to put foam in. And may I recommend setting a fan profile on the GPU with MSI Afterburner, with some testing you can get temperatures you're comfortable with whilst keeping the fans at a lower speed. I personally don't mind the sound and keep my fans quiet loud.
