Error code 0xc0000142

Hi i have got a problem with my pc where a program iam trying to execute gives me an error code with "the application was unable to start (0xc0000142)." I therefore wonder if someone else has run in to this issue, if so how did you solve it? I have tried to install some of the microsft redistruable files and there was also some thing where you press Windows+ R and change a 1 to 0. The problem was that the value already was 0.
