Hy. I have windows 10 installed on my primary SSD, and i want to install mac Sierra on second SSD. if i just install it normally and then when i boot PC, it will normaly boot into win. if i press boot options and select second SSD it will boot in macOS. will that work?

yes. I did it. Just change the boot device when you want to change OS.

so, i have bootable USB and i set Boot mode in BIOS to AHCI. and then when i select USB and Boot MacOS, im stuck at Apple logo. just a bit is loaded and its not going further :/

Try to reinstall? Did you setup your BIOS right? What are your specs? Did you create UniBeast correctly?
