Does anyone have one of these?

Are there alternatives like the Intel NUC that have space for a dedicated GPU? 

Looks great for a silent small i7/xeon with no Microsoft tax. I have just sent an enquiry if they ship internationally. They are very expensive, about $1000 NZD more than an equivalent full ATX build
