Another issue that popped up since I updated to windows 10, Whenever I put my computer to sleep it starts up again, sometimes right away, sometimes after a while.

I had the same problem and I found out why it was happening. Windows 10 will annoy the crap out of you once it downloads an update. It won't rest until you reboot it to install said update.

under energy options and advanced settings there are options for "wake events" , disable those

I had the same issue until I moved to an fresh install on my new rig , I have my power button bound to "sleep" so I can just tell to to go to sleep again whenever it wakes

sometimes the bios has options too, mine has wake by mouse which is why my mouse would never wake the machine.

wake on keystroke is normal , what is happening here is that the pc is just waking itself
