I'm not sure if the speakers and shit are needed since it looks like you already have them, but since your total amount was $1000, i built a system for that price. I'm iffy about it, might help.

In most games yes. You may have to turn down some settings a bit but I don't know much about recording

I'd suggest buying a Windows key off of Kinguin cause it's a lot cheaper and will allow you to get a 6700k over a 6600k. An i5 may not be able to keep up for streaming while trying to play 60 FPS. A 6700k would be much better for streaming and playing in general.

MSI GE72 Apache Pro-242 - (5700HQ : 970M : 16gb RAM : 17.3" : Win10 : 1TB HDD : Razer Anansi : Some mouse) - hooked up to a 34UM58-P (WFHD) in dual screen

I can add an SSD

I changed the CPU to a 6500 and removed the CPU cooler as you are not overclokcing on H170 anyways.

Swapped the Case and PSU to cheaper but still amazing alternatives.

Added a 240GB SP550

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.
