And how does this goes with the build: Monitor and Cooler Master Devastator Keyboard + Mouse combo

How will this run triple A titles like battlefield? GTA V, Mafia 3, Rocket League, Just Cause 3, Gears of Wars, The Division, and Doom, etc.

Good build, but you don't need 16gb of ram or the thermal paste, it's pre-applied on the cooler.

EDIT: With your budget, I would throw in an ssd.

You don't need a 212 Evo because i5 6500 comes with Intel stock cooler and should be fine for you. Rest looks good to me and the monitor is great too

Does the stock cooler perform well? And does it give good temps.

Stock cooler performs good. Maybe not needed for extra fam

Ah, then again I'm not planning on OC'ing, so. Let me save some extra bands

I'd say hold off on the cup cooler and extra fans. You probably won't need it. If temps aren't to your liking extra fan and cup cooler would probably take temps down a bit.

SSD would be nice, but only if it's in your budget, not at all necessary but a very nice upgrade. 

gaming really don't use more than 8gb, usually, at 1080p 8gb hsould be fine,
