What's a good monitor for around 90 - 130?

I'm intrested in a monitor as I'm building my first pc soon. I'm looking for a monitor around 22 or 24 inch with a HDMI port for around 90-130 euro/dollar, preferably with on board speaker as well. Thanks in advance

 

 

Update:

currently thinking about an Iiyama ProLite E2480HS-B2 24-Inch. Thoughts?
