Video stabilization without zooming in?

In After Effects you can apply the Warp Stabilizer effect or use the Tracking Tool to stabilize video. The one where you see the border of the image moving around a lot if the video is very shaky is probably the one done with the Tracking Tool.
In After Effects, with the tracking tool you just tag a few key points in the video and let the tracker analyze the movement of those points. Then when you apply the movement analysis results, if the video is very shaky then the frame moves around.
