Clock Speed doesn't ramp up while gaming

This problem has bugging for quite awhile now, sometimes the clock speed stuck at the idle clock speed when gaming. Rebooting my pc always fix this problem but the problem will happen again. I try to update my driver, reset my overclock and all other stuff but still no luck.

Sorry for my bad english. Thank You

Yeah, I've been having this issue with my 980 Ti, even with the overclock removed. It wasn't like this either. I usually have to disable and enable the GPU to get it back running again. Games will not launch / videos (Anything GPU accelerated) will not run for me until I restart the driver.

It wasn't like this either when I first got the card...

I'm guessing we just need to wait for future driver updates.

What are your PC specs though?
