not fully utilizing GPU and CPU

so ive been playing some games recently and it seems that in all the games i usually never fully utilize my gpu or cpu. My gpu and cpu utilization in cs go, league, dota 2 usually always sits at 50-80%. Though i am getting like 200fps i was wondering if its normal that the gpu and cpu arnt fully used.

Try a more demanding game and see if it changes

All of those games are made to run with really low specs to gain more player base. Pump the settings or try some demanding game to see if you have issues. To me 50% CPU and 80% GPU sounds about right. You could also list your specs next time.
