Windows 10 update

bbuck99

This happens every time I try to update windows. After this it just sits at 0% and never moves. I have tried clearing the software distribution folder and running the windows update troubleshooter, neither of which has worked. Is there something else I could try. The main reson I want this update is to play Forza Horizon 3 which I've already bought.

Not a good idea attaching stuff to posts, as they might be malware. You can upload that to video websites and then link.

BTW, if you can't get Windows Update to work, try restarting Windows Update, Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) and Delivery Optimization service, then go back to Settings and check for new updates.

If everything else fails, try WSUS Offline: http://www.wsusoffline.net/

How do I use this and what setting do I use. Thanks for the suggestion.

You select what you already have selected, then you click start. It will download every updates available and put into a folder named client. After downloading everything, you open the client folder and start the update utility. After finishing, it will ask you to restart and that is it.

Ok sounds simple enough. Thank you for your help
