In theory you would benefit most from GPU upgrade. But would recommend a better platform to work from with future in mind. The better GPU's require more and more from CPU, games get more CPU demanding.

However would wait until Kaby/Zen get released, what might cause the pricing of new stuff to be nicer, or buy better secondhand Intel deals from current/last gen.

Unless high fps screen but otherwise the 1060 6GB or 480 8GB are perfect 1080p cards for comming years. If you go GPU first now, make sure to save up for new platform in a few years. Allthough CPU needs arn't going as fast for games as GPU, it still rises. You could already encounter that your CPU will hold you back in certain games.
