I want to root my verizon GS4 and was wondering if http://www.oneclickroot.com/phone/how-to-root-samsung-galaxy-s4/ was safe. I'm a nub when it comes to rooting so this tool would really help xD

Sounds fishy. Always do it the way you see on forums like XDA. They are at least attempted by thousands of people and work.

Reading over that site it sure as hell isn't a one click root. It wants you to download a ton of shit, run emulators, and a whole lot of dumb steps.

I did a one-click root for my GS3 and it worked fine.
