What is the best way to read the temperatures for the CPU and GPU? While using the system

Get better cooling? I'd recommend at least 1 intake and outtake case fan.

You could also go for a beefier CPU or GPU aftermarket cooler.

Okay, I worded that poorly. What is the best way to know the temperatures?

I use HWMonitor for both CPU and GPU.

Oh, sorry  Yeah, HWMonitor and CPU-Z are nice programs to use. I believe task manager has a resource monitor as well

hwinfo64 is nice, categorizes data by hardware component (all mobo sensors/info under mobo drop down, all cpu info under cpu drop down etc.)
