Question about drivers

I'm about to set off to buy a 1060 to replace my RX460. I'm wondering if I need to go through and delete all of my old drivers?

Yes, as the old drivers may cause conflict with the new ones. It's also just taking up valuable space that could be used for something else.

Use DDU (display driver uninstaller) to obliterate the older drivers before installing the latest ones for your new GPU.

I'd prefer not to install something just to install another haha, unless it's that helpful

It doesn't install. It just runs.
