Weird issue, (unclickable zone)

so, for some reason, there is a small aera of my screen in wich I cannot click or scroll. it happens in donwos, but mostly in chrome. I updated it, restarted it (and the pc) but the issue remains.

what can I do ?

Maybe try changing your res in the display settings to a lower res and then back to the original recommended native res. it just might work.

PC:
