better cpu or capture card for streaming?

right now i have a g3258 overclocked to 4.6ghz, i plan to upgrade to a core i5 haswell to not bottleneck my gpu
should i get an i7 for streaming csgo and overwatch or should i get a capture card?

I'd personally go with an external capture card, unless you're using SDI equipment. If you don't know what SDI is, then get an external capture card.

Really depends on what you want to do. If your streaming mostly on the pc, get a i7. The only reason i would get a capture card would be to release stress on my cpu while streaming. But having a newer Cpu will help you a lot. I would go with cpu.
