Your friend said he likes newegg so here is a build but 1st I have to say that this build that I am going to say does not include the OS because I dont think that it is part of the build and this builds total is $797.92

so here are the specs

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41 $99.99

CPU: Intel i5 3570k $219.99

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 $32.99

RAM: 8GB's of Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 2x4GB $64.99

Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon 7850 2GB (Comes with Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider) $199.99

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Mid Tower $59.99

Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM SATA3 6GB/s $74.99

SSD: (Refurbished) Corsair Nova Series 64GB SATA2 $44.99

Ok so if the OS is included $800 I would say swap out the 7850 with a 7770 but the 7770 does not come with the 2 games

Your friend might want to find special deals from Amazon,NCIX or Newegg oh and I forgot to say that you might want to look at NCIX's weekly deals because he can get a 7870 2GB for just 10 dollars more and if he wants he can swap the chip and the board for bundles from NCIX like the bundle where you get the 8320 and ASUS M5A97 for 249.99 and also remember prices in NCIX are I believe CAD
