Annoying Adware on everything[SOLVED]

Like every keyword for example "Live" or "car" or anything has an underline on it and when my mouse moves over it, an annoying little pop up bubble shows with an advert like "LIVE YOUR LIFE ON THIS HOLIDAY" or something and when I click away from it, the ad opens up and I can't even go back, I have to close the whole tab -_-

I've ran Malware bytes full scan, i've checked my last installed things in control panel and nothing has come up

it feels like this started happening since I installed the new Java, but there's nothing in my installed programs in control panel, I even un-installed the Java thing and it still happens

Yes I've restarted my computer and no I didn't get the Java link off a website, I had just restarted my computer and it was a pop up prompt in my taskbar

Any help? usually this stuff is easy to find and remove but I cant see anything!

Edit: Lol I feel like such a noob, it was a dumb extension in google chrome that I just found and removed.

Go to your installed programs via control panel and search for weird stuff/stuff you don't recognize. My girlfriend had the same problem and some obscure program was causing it

i would recommend installing adblock and ghostery extensions to chrome along with https everywhere, they helps a lot with ads trackers and pop ups. to get rid of adds before youtube videos i would say to add magic actions for youtube and disabling ads within that
