Not really, modern desktop computer fans are built like tanks, ive never had even one fail on me, and even if one did they are usually pretty cheap to replace. The only downside i can see to turning up the fan speed is the increased noise, which can be more or less annoying depending on your computer case, quality of fans, headphones, etc

Noise is really no problem since I game with a good headset, when headset off I might hear some things but not loud or something.

I've got the S340 from NZXT :)
So it's no problem at all? even if they are all at 100%?

The fans might die a bit earlier, but i believe that your other componentes will get increased lifetime because of the lowered temperatures so i guess its a fair trade. And if your fans die you can just replace them cheaply anyway, but not so much with other components.

The fans are rated certain amount of operating hours. That means running them full speed all the time. For example Noctuas "best" fan, NF-F12, is rated for over 150 000h. Even lower tier fans from such company as Akasa are rated for over 50 000 hours. That would be almost 6 years of 247 use.

Using software or controllers such as Speedfan may have effects on lower speeds rather than higher. You can't run fan higher than rated voltage with mobo headers (which provide 12V 1A per header). But you can set fan at 0rpm mode which would mean fan is starting and stopping multiple times instead of maybe once a day. I'm not sure how much that effects on motor. But when I tested min operating speed of my fans for accurate fan curve, I heard really unsettling sound when running them under the min operating speeds.

Fans are meant to run at 100% speed most of the time.

So you can just set them to 100% and don't care about it.
