Black border around screen

Check your graphics related control panel (Catalyst control if AMD, geforce experience if Nvidia) and make sure that the display scaling is proper. (It's been a while since I did this so my instructions may not be the best)

It's not really a big but its a line at the top of my screen almost at the top but not.

screenshot please. or do a precise measurement of the line and redo it in Adobe Photoshop with accuracy up to few pizels. anyway show us the pics

And yes try changing that dropdown to "Do not report" or "Auto-select". The overscan settings is probably what is causing the border.
