upgrade worries

so if i upgrade my cpu and mobo as well as memory even though that doesnt matter, do i have to reinstall windows from scratch or what?

 

also i have a windows insider copy so if i dont have a key what do i do???

you don't have to reinstall windows, just reactivate.
