Kaby Lake availability

So based on recent leaks and information, Kaby lake, intel's new 7th generation of processors is set to release at CES 2017. I was planning on buying a new PC at the end of November but now with the new info on kaby lake i am thinking of waiting for it. Because i will have already waited a month and a half extra for Kaby lake I really don't want to have to wait longer than that. So basically I am wondering if it will even be possible to get a new Kaby lake processor in the first week after launch or will it just be sold out everywhere?

I don't have any problem with skylake, to me it just seems dumb to buy a product right before a better one is going to be released for the same price.
