issue installing steam game

I purchased a game, then went to install if but i see this instead and its just cut off there

I restarted both steam and my computer, I also just bought the game nothing installed.

Try right clicking on the game in your list of games, there should be an option to install assuming the game is released.

the beta was released which i should have access to, but even if it wasn't released wouldn't i get the option to pre install?

edit wait beta is released tomorrow but i should still be able to pre install

Only if the dev allowed for a preload. Check under properties in the beta tab.

I mistakenly thought the beta was released today, Its coming out tomorrow so i guess the dev just hasn't allowed preload
