Streaming machine help

hello everyone I'm looking for a straight forward yes or no if this pc can stream/light edit/ intensively game, the build I plan is:

I7 6700k
GTX 1070 MSI gaming X

32gb of corsair vengance ddr4

evga z170 stinger

corsair h60

evga 650 bq 

and a tb hard drive 

all in the thermaltake core v1

You can improve on these with better components on the same/lower budget.
