Need Some Help

Hey everyone!

My name is Dejan and i got few question to ask.

I know its not on good section maybe but dont know to be honest where to put it.

 

1.Qestion:

Can i stream with this pc set up?

CPU: Intel i4 4460
RAM: DDR3 16 gb 1600 Team ELITE

SSD: 120 GB hyper X 3K
HDD : 1 TB WD BLUE

GPU: GTX 960 4 gb Palit
WaterColling: CM seidon V120

WoW,LOL,Overwatch,HS games its in it.

Internet is 25 down and 5 up?

 

Atm i cant afford nothing else,all my salary goes to apartment and bills and this pc is what i got for my Bday last year.

I realy wana start streaming some games for friends and fun nothing hardcore.

 

i heard i need way better pc becuse this one is semi BAD.(i hope its not)

2.question

 

I5 4460 is not unlocked CPU so overclocking is dead basicly. does those fsb 200 hz makes some difrents from bios or its just crap as it name says?

 

3.i5 4460 and Seidon V120 is this good cooling for that CPU or its not?

You could stream but it might be a little laggy, i've never really tried.
Aslong as you limit the data youre sending you should be fine even with the 5mb upload speed.

 

also there's not much need to upgrade your cooler, as you said yourself you cant overclock it, so the stock cooler is fine for the temperatures you'll be hitting.

To be honest the best way to figure out if you can stream on that system is to just try it haha and get your friends to tell you how it goes. I doubt you'll have a fantastic experience but good luck!

That Seidon is an AiO cooler...has it been keeping your system cool so far? Then it'll probably continue to be fine, if you're worried just run something like Open Hardware Monitor next time you game and keep an eye on your temps then adjust your fan curves until you're happy

So far ingame goes for 50 C outside when i using internet its around 39..

 

But when CPU usage goes 100% when i use games+ OBS to stream or so temp goes to 70%..

Try to keep it under 75-80C and you should be fine

1 more question whats the 1150 socket CPU i shoud get for streaming and recording games...(take a note that i cant afford nothing so just in case i win lotery or something i know what to get?)

If you were to win the lottery you'd be better scrapping your current system, getting a 6950x and 2 titans. then you can stream with ease too.

You should be fine. Stream at 720p for most games.

Thanks m8.w8ing my internet to come so i can test streaming out atm im at 4mb down and 0.2mb up...

Setup is enough for 720p streaming. You can use QuickSync too.

 

FSB means bus speed. You can try raising that. But you can't get much higher clocks that way so that they would matter anything.

 

AIO is overkill for locked CPU. Only acceptable reason to get one would be looks. If you want quieter cooler, get Pure Rock or something like that.

Which mobo you have? If you don't have Z-chipset, best CPUs to get are i5-4690 and i7-4790.

I got PC from griends for my bday.thats why thay used AIO... i got H97 PRO,dont have Z=(... yea thanks alot il check the prices and start savingfor i7 4790 or i5 4690.. i dont need beast i just need some cool 720 streams with no 100% cpu usage all the time and big lags..normal fun stream..Not aiming for high!!!
