people always say buy AMD because even though its closer to a Nvidia equivalent it will eventually beat it in the future with improved drivers. ?porque

Better legacy support. Also, they refresh so often that the lower cards get the gains as well.

It's already been happening. The throttling reference 480 that couldn't even maintain boost clocks + early drivers did not do Polaris 10 any justice.
