I was look for intel e7 family, there is one cpu really confuse me---E7-8893V4. The i7 6700K are better than  E7-8893V4 in almost every single way and way chapter, why there is any one buying it, and what is the use case of a E7-8893V4. Here is the link for compare

It is a Xeon processor which is usually design for server use, as just off the bat that unit is on the 2011 socket and has double t the PCI-E lanes with support for a whopping 3.07TB of RAM.

I will also point out the monstrous amount of cache available to the CPU, 60MB!, and that it is designed to be used in conjunction with seven other E7-8893v4s on the same motherboard, at the same time. It also has massively increased memory bandwidth available and ECC, as well.

 

This chip is generally meant for high-end massive scale servers crunching very large data-sets, like in trading or banking.
