What's is better for gaming, and overclocking a FX 8320E or a FX 8320?

The FX-8320 is better overall compared to the 8320E. Just wondering, are you building a new PC or upgrading your old one?

Sorry I forgot to mention that, I got the CPU of hardwareswap and the guy was meant to send me a 8320 but sent me a 8320E. It also came with a motherboard and 8 gigs 1600 ddr3 ram. The motherboard seems to be a cheap Asrock board that probably only supports max 95W TDP CPU. The showed me that the seller he got it from screwed him and sent him the 8320E, I have the choice to send it back to the his seller and get the 8320 and a new motherboard.

Also this is just a test pc, for leaning new things, like overclocking and modding. It currently has a FX 6300, clocked at 4.4ghz at 3.5 volts. This is not my main pc, my main pc has a i7 6700k.

8320e is slightly weaker than 8320 but has a tdp of 95w vs 125w.  It's a worthy upgrade to a fx-6300. It's not going to be a great overclocker but that also depends on the motherboard.

Wating for Zen is better.

Eh if we wait any more caby lake will be a old cpu and intel would have surpassed them even more. AMD needed to release zen months ago some argue a year ago.

$100 shipped, It was a bargain, the ram could go for $25, and the board for $15-20. The CPU itself brand new is $120. The board I'm using is ASUS 970 Pro Gaming/Aura AM3+ ATX AMD Motherboard, which I got for $60 open box, For my cooler I'm using the cooler master sedion.
