Looking at 670s, 770s, and 760s? Which one? I'm liking nVIDIA because of the nVDIA shield I've been considering one, but my current GPU can't run it sadly.. which is why I'm thinking nvdiai and as the last person mentioned gsync and shadowplay and all the other cool stuff.

I need 2 regular DVI connectors, the same ones the 550ti I forgot if it's like DVI-I or DVI-X or whatever it is.... As I'm planning on running Dual or Triple monitors.

please note that if you do eyefinity you need an active displayport to HDMI or DVI adapter.

670 is superior the the 760. Obviously get the 770 if you can and you're absolutely sure you're going to consider buying a shield device (I'm not sure why but you're not me so more power to you). Do consider the 770 is 100$ more expensive than the 7970 for comparable performance.

Crap... I don't have anything display port, barely even know what it is, explain it better worse than hdmi or dvi?

it's similar to HDMI but has more throughput and can power multiple monitors at once. It's much more versatile than both HDMI and DVI.

Error: 410

I'm outta here.

That's not the main reason, main reason is I need more performance, along with more performance comes a shield, I just really need more performance.

I didn't mean to get exactly 770. I meant don't get any card which has lower performance than 770. If you have low budget than get AMD card, they have better price/performance ratio. If you don't want AMD, then wait a little, collect more money and get GTX 770. I don't recommend GTX 760, as it's mid-end card and will get weak soon, maybe 1-3 years later.

I'm running 670's in my main rig, and I used to run a 760 at work until a buddy of mine gave me an awesome deal on a 770 and I sent back the 760. Honestly, the best price/ performance out of these three is the 760. The 670 only beats it by 1-2 fps in most benchmarks. Since you're not likely to get a $280 770 like I did, go for the 760 :P

(BTW, I've been running the MSI Gaming Edition cards and they kick ass... I highly recommend them.)

I'm looking at some AMD cards mainly the 7900 series, and the r9 series, I was wondering can I use 2 DVI cables for my 2 monitors? I heard you need to have like 1 display port or something like that for an eyefinity setup? Also what brand for AMD is best? I was looking at MSI, Gigabyte, and Saphiire?
