I think you need to take a look at the games he said you would be able to play with your processor and a 750 ti. You'll notice just how old or non intensive they are. Valve games can be ran on an LED candle and Just Cause 2 came out for the original Xbox for goodness sake. It IS true that you can play those games, but don't expect good framerate in any semi-modern AAA title.

if you have never played any recent games and you get such a pc for free that it is a good pc. If you have the ultimate pc and you need to work with this one, okay it will be bad, but if you are used to playing minecraft with 5fps (the pc i had before) than you will think different. and also if you came from rollercoaster tycoon 1,2 and 3 than these games look awesome and you won't complain about it.
