Ok, so my dad has a 2009 HP pavilion that he has upgraded to a Radeon R7 200 series with 2 GB GDDR5, 16 GB RAM (8 more than factory) and it has a AMD Phenom XII Quad Core 3.1 GHZ CPU, 1 TB HDD.

So, now he wants a newer computer (even though his can smash most)

I found this and want to ask if you guys this (with a $100 upgrade budget) could be better than his current one. All he uses it for is DDO, Gamevox, Chrome, etc.

Ok, he has a budget, and doesnt want to build one, He would have me build it for him if he wanted one built, as im more knowledged than him on the subject. But, he wants a prebuilt for now. And cant spend as much on a Xeon as he could a whole prebuilt system with near that spec.
