LibreOffice for office needs. Its more up to date and the interface is easier to look at.

Nevermind you said you can get Microsoft Office.

 

Movie Maker from Microsoft, its part of Windows Essentials 2012 and will allow you to edit video/audio.

 

GIMP for image editing if need be, its free.

 

If you have Windows 10 you can print to PDF for creating PDFs in word.

If you don't you can install Foxit Reader and it has a virtual printer that can create PDFs when you print.
