Small stutter in almost every games

Are very small fps drops and stutters normal in games ? 

Most of the time i have solid 60 fps but sometimes my fps drops  from 60 to 57 . This is not really annoying but verry noticable in games

My spec:

GAINWARD GLH GTX 1080 OC

i7 6700K

16 GB DDR4 RAM

ASUS Z170-K MOTHERBOARD

COOLER MASTER B700 700W

1TB HDD 7200RPM

NVIDIA DRIVER 375.70  

WINDOWS 10

games drop and gain fps all the time - that's normal - it could be something running in the background like an updater or anti virus - but 60 to 57 is completely fine

no problem - and if are really concerned about the drops - if its an offline game - turn on airplane mode or turn wifi off - it stops updaters and serious full system anti virus scans
