hello everybody not long ago i bought a alien-ware 14 laptop and it in pretty bad shape the battery is dead it need to always be plug for recharging is almost dead not dead but near there are 2 missing key (f9 f10) i would just like to know how i can clean this mess up and there paint on it and can it be upgrade? need help

you can buy both the keys and battery on ebay, I have personally opended up my alienware mx14 r2 and the battery is easy to replace. My S key broke and I managed to changed it,
