Hardwarte Error?

Im very confused my pc has been freezing mid game every now and then and i went to see if my pc was having any errors and this hardware error came up a few times and im not quite sure what it is to be honest and ive had multiple even ID 10016 errors. i just want to know if its connected or not or if its just windows 10 :P.
