Stuttering Constantly

My computer has been stuttering constantly for 2 second intervals every 10-15 minutes or so (sometimes it goes longer without it happening, but it still happens). It happens during games, watching youtube or just listening to music. The easiest way to detect it is the audio that stutters when it happens. I have kept task manager open to see if the CPU or HDD usage ever spiked when it happens, but it never has. This didn't happen a month ago so I am not sure what has changed. I have increased the RAM disk to try to fix the problem to no success. If anyone know how I can fix it, I would be very glad. Thanks in advance.

You have increased the amount of ram in your system, or you are running a RAM disk and increased the size of that?

(purely outta curiosity, as i doubt its related)

 

One thing I can recommend is re-instaling drivers, especially if this happened after a windows update.

Sorry, what I meant was that i had increased the size of the page file as I had found it as a suggested fix for stuttering, but the stuttering is the same as it was before the change in size of the page file. I have reinstalled ethernet, motherboard, GPU and sound drivers, but to no avail.

Sorry for the double post, but does anyone have any suggestions to fix the stuttering?
