Superlux HD668b cable replacement.

It is time to replace the cable for my headphones (hd668b). It is the format of a 3.5mm cable extension. My preferred length is 1.5 meters. I want something very durable and high quality. The end that connects to the source can be 1/4 inch. Alternatively, if anyone knows of better sounding headphones under $50 I'd be open to that too  Thanks!
