I'm doing a gaming desktop (run BF1 and FIFA17) for a friend with 400€.

 

For the CPU I found that i3-6100 is decent for that budget, and what about the Graphics card to pair with this processor?
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 for 174,90€
XFX RX460 4GB GDDR5 for 149,90€

or any other of your recommendation?

get the 4 gb version. Most current games use at least 3GB of VRAM
